| When you have chosen the product that you want, please email us with your order stating the PRODUCT CODE. |
| Please use the product code since there are a number of products that have names that are quite similar. The product codes are unique and will ensure that you get the product that you order. |

If you are ordering a PATTERN or a BACKGROUND, please see the order page relating to the patterns so that you can specify the file format of the pattern.

Delivery Methods
|
Our PATTERNS and FONTS will be emailed to you.
We will do our best to deliver your goods to you within 24 hours of receiving notification of your payment. Since we may well be in a different time zone from you (Africa in relation to Europe or the Americas), this may result in a small additional delay. |
